Street Art – Thai Style – Explore street art with a Thai lens through working with Bundit Puangthong, who fuses his traditional Thai art with a contemporary based arts practice. You’ll create stencils and apply them for all to see!
Line Dance (not the country & western kind) – Explore surfaces and follow a playful trail of charcoal and movement, body and impression, colour and projections to create a dance of lines with visual artist Rita Pires and contemporary dancer Alexandra Harrison.
Clowning Around – In this intensive David Maney explores the combination of clown, lip-sync and pop music. David is a founding member of award-winning comedy ensemble PO PO MO CO and cowboy clown duo Justice & Trainwreck.
‘My kids have a lot of fun. I believe it’s really important to be involved in the arts as there’s not enough in school and this really supports their wider education. At FCAC they’re surrounded by a whole lot of other artists, exhibitions and there are events always happening. They are immersed in an environment that’s artistic and helps them ‘grow up’; it’s an extension of their schooling.’ – Ani Mattila, parent of two
