ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
Bridget Chappell aka Hextape, brings her background as a classical cellist, synth nerd and gabber DJ to her quest for urgent dance music. As a producer she has toured Australia, Europe, and South-East Asia, coordinates the Melbourne Squat Orchestra and co-organises the Vapor Noir rave. As a sound activist and coordinator of Sound School, Bridget has pursued an agenda of celebrating marginalised voices in electronic and experimental music.
Presented in association with Melbourne Sound School. Melbourne Sound School was developed with support from Australia Council for the Arts.
