Women’s Circus: Stories in Motion
Established in 1991 as a project of Footscray Community Arts Centre, Women’s Circus returns to its original home to explore its 25-year legacy through photographic archives, oral and written herstory and memorabilia.
Women’s Circus has created over 30 original theatre-circus works and developed innumerable community projects using its own model of inclusive and collaborative practice that celebrates the artist in each woman. Part-interactive – this exhibition looks to the organisation’s rich past and invites the audience to join in celebrating the exciting future ahead.

EXHIBITION: Friday 18 November – Saturday 10 December
