FCAC was set up as a Not for Profit company in 1975. As part of the company constitution, an Annual General Meeting of the Board and Members must be held every year. The Annual Report is released to inform the members about the company’s financial position and activity over the year. Members are often asked to vote, for example on changes to the Board membership. If you are passionate about FCAC, raise your hand!
