Online Purchasing and Payment Information
Full payment is required to finalise purchase. Payments must be made via Paypal by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or purchaser’s Paypal account.
Handling and Shipping
The prices of all items listed include a handling fee. Postage is calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days for purchased item(s) to be shipped. For those choosing to pick up from Footscray Community Arts Centre, customers will be notified via email when their item(s) are ready to be collected. Collection address is Footscray Community Arts Centre Reception, 45 Moreland St, Footscray. Please note that we will only hold items for pick up for 14 days following email notification.
Only shipping within Australia is available at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, you have up to 14 days of receiving your product to return it. Please inform Reception of the intention to return or exchange your purchase by emailing on reception@footscrayarts.com or call us on 9362 8888. Proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges. Footscray Community Arts Centre can provide an online credit, exchange or refund for the cost of the item(s).
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all labels and tags attached.
- Store credits must be used within 6 months from the time of return.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. The cost of the item will be returned to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase. Footscray Community Arts Centre will retain the initial handling fee.
- Exchanges will only be accepted in person.
- Returns are accepted in person at Reception or via post. Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser. Footscray Community Arts Centre is not liable for loss of item(s) being returned. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable postage option.
