FCAC is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Events Coordinator is responsible for event planning and delivery, which includes taking initial enquiries, conducting site visits and liaising with internal and external service providers to make all necessary arrangements to deliver FCAC external hires.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar venue or organisation, and will be able to pick up the complexities of a multi-venue site quickly. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of revenue generation and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal skills and competency with MS Office packages are essential, a demonstrable understanding of workplace health & safety, liquor licensing and marketing are desirable, as is experience of event management software.
FCAC is an exciting and dynamic place to work, the pace can be exhilarating, which requires the team to think, act and learn with speed and agility.
This is a full-time position which ideally works Tuesday to Saturday.
