SMUT: Queer Erotic Fan Fiction Salon

Overview

Join queer screen culture magazine, Sissy Screens, for a night of smutty storytelling this Midsumma Festival. A line-up of LGBTQIA+ filthmongers, funny people, writers & performers will put a queer and erotic spin on fan fiction inspired by the best of iconic films, literature and pop culture.

This event will feature sultry readings by Alistair Baldwin, Jinghua Qian, Nkechi Anele, Tali Polichtuk, Vidya Rajan and Zoey Dawson; salacious performances by Ruby Slippers and Wilk Krate and a few kinky surprises.

About Sissy Screens

Sissy Screens is a digital magazine dedicated to queer screen culture. Directed by queer and gender diverse artists who are passionate about showcasing LGBTQIA+ creatives and their work, Sissy Screens features articles, interviews, reviews, photography and original videos and hosts dynamic arts events. We also make a mean jockstrap.


SMUT: Queer Erotic Fan Fiction Salon is created and programmed by Sissy Screens; presented by FCAC and Midsumma Festival.
