Bridgette Le
As a Vietnamese-Australian woman, born in Footscray to immigrant parents, Bridgette has first-hand experience of the challenges and invisible barriers that come with working in the creative industry.
With a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Music Industry, Bridgette has worked as a professional musician, a music teacher and DJ in Japan, as the Media and Content Designer for tech startup Nura, and most recently, at Regional Arts Victoria (RAV) where she supported the Partnerships team deliver grants for artists impacted by natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bridgette also currently maintains a position on the Equity Action Plan advisory panel at RAV. Bridgette is passionate about helping marginalised artists and she strives to inspire others to enact positive change through providing a platform for impactful storytelling. Having previously lived and worked overseas, Bridgette has an intimate understanding and awareness of contrasting cultural norms which gives her the ability to maintain a nuanced and respectful approach to marketing.
