Teame Ersie

Teame Ersie is an Ethiopian Australian artist who recently graduated in Master of Arts (Arts Management) study from RMIT University and became part of the Footscray Community Arts Centre team member. He is specialized in Circus and Theatre performance. Teame is a NICA graduate with a Bachelor of Circus Arts, performed and appeared on various international stages in newspapers, and TV Channels. Teame has been always moved by the incredibility and possibilities of human creativities, theatrical concepts, technology, performance and arts management principles where he decided and determined to continue his artistic boundaries with in the arts filed both physically and educationally. Teame wishes to use his passion, artistic knowledge and skills gained from his professional practice and University studies. In doing so, he wants to work and collaborate across cultures, communities, and diverse art forms to create art works and presentations that challenge, inform, stimulate and inspire which involves both artistic creativity, strong management and curatorial skills.
