Trixi Rosa is a transdisciplinary artist from Punakaiki, Aotearoa (NZ). She currently lives in Melbourne as a settler and uninvited guest on stolen Kulin Country.
Trixi Rosa’s work is a tender unraveling of self. It carves an awkward inquiry into the intersections of identity and the endless pursuit of place. Moving through word, body, matter and space, she shares stories of stillness and fluidity, resilience and vulnerability; stories of family, loss, love and sexuality.
