Footscray Community Arts Centre is governed by an experienced board of directors who believe passionately in the role of the organisation and work hard to ensure it flourishes.

Anna Maskiell

A registered architect, Anna is the co-founder of Footscray-based architectural consultancy Public Realm Lab.

Private: Barbara Horn

Barbara has worked as a senior executive in not-for-profit and government sectors for more than thirty years.

Private: Charles Hardman

Charles is a specialist in organisational transformation.

Private: Jason Rostant

Jason has worked in a variety of policy, advocacy, management and education roles in NGO and government settings over two decades and across four states.


Julia White

Born and raised in Perth, Julia relocated to Melbourne in 1996, following the completion of her studies in Arts Management at WAAPA.
