Asha Bee Abraham
Industry Development Coordinator
Asha Bee Abraham is an artist and creative producer. Drawing on her MSc in Human Ecology and background in sustainable community development, Asha’s creative practice examines the relationships that make up our human ecologies – relationships with each other, with our place, and with our selves. Asha brings this perspective, along with a firm belief in the critical role of artists in addressing the social and ecological challenges of our times, into her role as Industry Development Coordinator at FCAC.
Since moving from the sustainability sector to the arts in 2013, Asha has worked as a Producer at Arts House, Creative Arts Officer at RMIT, as well as with a number of artists and collectives as an independent producer and artist. Asha joined the FCAC team mid-pandemic in 2020.
