Update: Makers Market is canceled this Saturday due to weather concerns.  Don’t worry, though – Footscray Community Arts galleries, Let’s Dance and Kids Clay Club will still operate as usual. Come enjoy the vibrant artworks indoors!

This December, our iconic, vibrant market returns with a festive twist – showcasing the very best of the West’s artisans and traders through a diverse range of handmade and locally crafted treasures.

Soak up the warmer weather as you stroll through eye-catching stalls, with one-of-a-kind gifts for loved ones or a special treat for yourself.

After exploring the market, why not grab a drink and enjoy some sweet treats from Myrtle Café set against the picturesque grounds of Footscray Community Art. Check out the current exhibitions; BRIGHT, Kal Angam-Kal and the ArtLife End of Year Showcase Colourful Movement, or simply relax on our lawns overlooking the Maribyrnong River and the Melbourne city skyline.
